The Maximum Performance & Fitness philosophy was developed with 25 years of experience involving clinical exercise physiology, collegiate strength & conditioning, health and wellness and experiences in developing personal training programs. MPF helps individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through professional face-face consultation, personal training, MELT fitness, athletic enhancement, nutrition intervention, and IEP (independence exercise program) accountability appointments.
The mission of Maximum Performance & Fitness is to provide a comprehensive training facility that helps individuals attain one of the greatest gifts of all; improved overall health.
