American Gold Gymnastics is a non-profit organization founded in 1983, serving more than 1,500 athletes across the region. As a proud Member Club of USA Gymnastics since 2000, AGG is home to the FM Acro Team, AGG Competitive Team, and a thriving Recreational Program. The organization also supports the Fargo North, Fargo South, and Fargo Davies High School Gymnastics teams. Built on the belief that quality gymnastics instruction helps children grow in confidence, AGG offers programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
The Recreational Program welcomes girls and boys from 18 months to 18 years old, with classes ranging from beginner to advanced. Athletes train on tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, mini-tramp, and trampoline, with more than 60 classes offered six days a week.
For the littlest movers, Preschool Open Play (POP) is offered Fridays from 10 AM to 11 AM through May 15. This includes access to two inground trampolines, foam pit, TumblTrak plus fun stations on the spring floor, balance beams and bars. POP gives young children the chance to jump, play, and explore the gym in a fun, active environment at American Gold Gymnastics.
